Amazing Sesame/ Seed Snaps

You will love the versatility and healthfulness of these lunch bag ready little protein bars. You can add almost anything to develop these.

In a sauce pan combine and simmer 3 minutes;
1 c. & 2 Tbsp. Agave Nectar (or honey if you know the bees)
1 c. & 2 Tbsp. Sucanat
1 Tsp. Ground or candied ginger
1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon

Combine in a bowl lightly toasted for stronger flavour, or raw for optimum nutrition.. I usually toast half of it.
2 c. Sesame Seeds
1 c. Sunflower Seeds
1 c. Pumpkin Seeds
1 c. Almonds
1/2 c. Shredded Coconut
1/2 c. Hemp Hearts
2 Tbsp. Raw Cocoa Nibs

Combine The Agave mixture with the seed mixture and mix well. Turn it out onto a coconut oil or sesame oil greased pan and press to flatten with greased hands. It sets quickly so move quickly.
Cut into desired sizes when set. Enjoy!
