When you make Pot Brownies it is Important to try them out responsibly. Take a little see what happens. Obviously keep them contained. I came home once a few years ago and saw a cupcake on the counter…. my day took an unusual twist… luckily it was at least after work. There are a few Medicinal users in my family. So please, keep them marked, contained and OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

It’s best to use bunk if you can get it. But use what you have.
Before you start your brownies grind up a good cup of bunk, or a 1/4 oz. of bud.
Melt the coconut oil. This is the tricky part for vegans… oil reaches higher temps than butter so you can deep fry it if it gets too hot! Let it simmer ever so gently for 20-30 minutes. Allow to cool. It’s up to you whether you want to strain it or not.

Other Ingredients
2 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
2 c. sucanat
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 c. almond milk
1 c. coconut oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine Sugar and wet ingredients. Combine dry ingredients. Combine the mixtures.
Pour into a 8×8 pan and bake at 350 F for 25 -30 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing.
Enjoy & share responsibly.
