Chocolate Banana Tofu “Cream” Pie

Mmmm. Choose a delicious graham pie crust to pour this into or freeze it and eat it like ice cream!

2 medium sized bananas

1 1/2 cups silken firm tofu

1/4 cup maple syrup or sugar

1/4 cup cocoa

2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla (make the world.. and your body a better place and get the real stuff.)

whip it in the blender until smooth. Pour it into whatever crust you’d like to use. bake it for 30 min. 350F.
