Chocolate Peanut Butter Two- Bites

What would Easter be without a good old fashioned Easter Egg hunt?? Call me sacrilegious.
Just whipped up my own Peanut butter eggs:

Combine in food Processor:
1 c. Crunched Pretzels (I use those yummy Gluten Free ones.)
1/2 c. Soaked Dates and 1/2 cup of the soak water
3/4 c. Peanut Butter

Process until smooth. Scoop out and roll into egg shapes.

I melted 150 G of Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips in my make shift double boiler and dropped my eggs into the chocolate one at a time. Coated them nicely (is there any other way) and fished them out with a fork.
I let them set on a tray in the fridge.
Now the challenge is protecting them until I get to hide them for my honey. If he opens up the fridge.. they’re toast.
