Emergency Chocolate/Peanut Butter Puffed Wheat Squares!!!!!

If you’re going to eat a whole pan of something… let the bulk be “puffed”.
These babies “should” set in the fridge at last a half hour…. but I like to start eating them right away.

In large bowl measure out about:
7 c. Puffed Wheat

In a sauce pan, bring to a simmer stirring constantly:
1/2 c. Brown Rice Syrup
1 c. Sucanat
3 Tbsp. Cocoa

Remove from heat and add:
1Tsp. Vanilla
1/2 – 1 c. Peanut Butter

Mix until combined. Pour mixture over the puffed wheat and stir like your life depended on it before it cools. Scoop onto a greased tray and press down. At this point I’ve eaten a lot of it. But it is nice to chill and eat some later… maybe even share it?
