Moist Chocolate Zucchini Brownies (Double batch)

Vegan Chocolate Zucchini BrowniesDeep and delicious zucchini brownie.

Combine in food processor:

4 c. chopped zucchini (process until smooth)
1/2 c. coconut oil
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. coconut sugar
2 Tbsp. Vanilla
2 c. almond meal (flour)
2 c. rye flour
2 Tbsp Vital wheat gluten
3 Tsp. Baking Powder
2 “eggs” Replacer works!
1 c. cocoa
1 tsp. sea salt

Combine gently, if your processor does that. Pour into greased or lined pan.
Bake at 340 in a 8 x 13 pan or larger for a thinner product. Bake about 30 min. or until toothpick comes out crumbly
