Adapted from Isa’s recipe for ‘Raspberry Truffle Brownies’ at he all powerful www.theppk.com

Forget the lingerie… wear one or two of these.

4 oz. Dark Chocolate
1/2 c. Raspberry Jam
1/2 c. sugar
1/2c. apple sauce
2 Tsp. Vanilla
1/2 Tsp Almond Extract

1c. Kinnikinnik gluten free flour (can use 1 1/2 c. reg flour instead of GF mix and coconut)
1/2 c. Coconut flour
2 Tsp. Zanthan Gum
1/4 Cocoa
1/4 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp. Salt

1c. Frozen Raspberries

Melt the Dark Chocolate in a double boiler, or zap it gently (30 second and mix intervals).

Preheat your oven to 350. Prepare an 8 inch pan for brownie stickiness (I like to grease it then shake a little flour around in it.).

Combine Wet ingredients, Add melted chocolate.
Combine Dry ingredients , and add to wet.
Mix well. It will be a sturdy dough. Fold the frozen Raspberries into it.
Press it into your pan.
Bake 15-18 min.
Don’t over bake these babies!!! A tester toothpick should come out gooey. Cool completely, and forget them in the fridge for a couple hours to set up nicely.

Mmmmmmmm!

Nice your version looks good and cotchlaoy and more like cake-like since you’re using coco powder..if you’re looking for more fudgy and moist texture you can use a recipe that has melted semi-sweet chocolate you’ll get a really cotchlaoy texture good luck
