The Best Chocolate Pudding Ever

It’s quick, it’s easy and so rich and creamy!

1 package of silken soft tofu

1 cup sugar

2 Tbsp walnut or coconut oil (but any old oil will do!)

1/2 cup dutch cocoa (Cocoa Camino maybe?)

a wee pinch of salt (if your into that sort of thing)

Now just blend it up, process it or whip it in your magic bullet. It’s good chilled awhile.. but bodies may prefer it at room temperature… Valentine’s Day approaching and all.. ;)
