The Good Girls Fudge (Vegan & Mostly Raw)
You want fudge, right? But you don’t want to eat fudge… right?
Well, you may be satisfied eating THIS fudge for Breakfast!
Whip it up in your food processor, then flatten it onto a greased pan and refrigerate until firm for cutting. Or scoop into fudge balls.
Ingredients:
2 cups well processed oat meal
1/2 Tsp. Sea Salt
1 Tbsp. Cinnamon
1 Tbsp. Turmeric
1/2 c. Nut Butter (I used Peanut)
1 c. dates with the 1/2 cup or so soaking water
1 Tbsp. Vanilla
1/2 c. Cocoa
2 Tbsp Ground flax with 2 Tbsp. water
3 Tbsp. Maple Syrup ( optional)
1/2 c. piuffed wheat
If it doesn’t clump up add a little more water, maple syrup or nut butter.
Mmmmmmmmm A good girl can get away with eating the whole batch over the weekend…..
I’ll add some nuts and seeds and dried fruit into the mix next time to send for my Honey’s lunches
