Vegan Nut Bar…;) The Ultimate Granola food bar!!!

I make huge quadruple batches of these and freeze them for lunches, hikes and long car rides. You can pretty much put anything into them and I do, oh I do! For the greatest crunch for your munch go with raw seeds.

Melt over low in a medium sauce pan:
1/2 cup Agave nectar
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter/cashew butter..etc)

Combine in a large bowl:

4 cups whole oats
1/2 cup flax seed (blend it, mortar & pestle or magic bullet it for full nutrients)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup hemp hearts
1/2 – 1 cup chocolate chips

Mix the wet with the dry. Mix well! YOu can scoop balls out and press them in your hands to make nice firm raw protein balls. Or you can press the mixture into a pan and stick it in the over at 350 F for 30 minutes for a more traditional toasty bar.
